Depending upon the purchase being made, what is considered to be "fair use" will vary. By purchasing a Corporate Site License PDF version of a Telsyte research report, this research is available to every employee of your company worldwide, and may be placed on a corporate Intranet.
All reports are delivered in password protected Adobe PDF format. Reports are Print and Search enabled.
The subscribing organization agrees that the Adobe PDF file will be resident on one of your computers or your intranet site and accessible only by employees who have proper access to such computer or site. You agree that the report will not be distributed to any third parties, and that passwords will be held strictly confidential.
Paraphrasing of portions of the report and use of specific quotations from the report is subject to applicable copyright laws.

Telsyte's online pay per view system caters to casual service users. Here, the dynamic menu system allows customers to view the format of the (unpopulated) research tables prior to making a purchase decision.
Upon selecting and purchasing a database view (transaction), an email containing the URL for database contents will be sent to your email address. These details are also provided on screen as a confirmation and should be printed in case of email failure. Online access to the purchased information is available for a 24-hour period.
Usernames and passwords are personal to each Telsyte user and may not be shared with others. 2) Annual Subscription
Annual subscription access to Telsyte's online databases are priced on a per user per subscribing organization basis. The online database is password protected, and client certificates are used for subscribers.
Any product ordered for shipment is sent by carrier contract. Risk of loss with respect to any such product passes to you at the time of delivery to the carrier.
It is up to you to maintain the privacy of your account information on your computer and in your personal records. The company providing web hosting services to Telsyte uses secure transmission and retention procedures to maintain reasonable security of information provided through this web site. In addition, account information with Telsyte is maintained as confidential to the extent possible with respect to its business needs.
